TerenzoAbout

The firm a CFO hires when the operating model has outgrown the spreadsheets.

Terenzo is an AI and technology operations consulting firm for mid-market companies, 200 to 2000 employees. We work directly with CFOs and COOs. We are senior, calm, and accountable: in and out with the mess sorted, not a year-long engagement that never ends. The name comes from San Terenzo, a village on the Ligurian coast of Italy.

Origin story

Terenzo comes from San Terenzo, a fortified village on the Gulf of Poets, on the Ligurian coast of Italy. Drew lived there for a year between the ages of 14 and 15. He went to public school with the local kids, getting into the usual trouble and riding the coastal roads on his moped. Afternoons meant the beach below the castle, including the half-hidden cove around the point that most tourists walk past.

He also studied the place itself: independent work on its architecture, history, and culture, visiting the sites and writing up what he found. What he found was a place built to last, structured and warm in the same breath. That is the firm we set out to build.
